In case of cancellation of a room reservation, costs will be incurred. Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- 29-15 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount.
- 14-5 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- 0-5 days before arrival (or no-show): 100% of the total amount.
In the event of a cancellation, please send an email to postmaster@motelo-ananda.com with additional information and the reason for your cancellation. In the case of a refund, we will transfer the corresponding amount to your bank account (minus any applicable bank fees).
No refunds will be granted for early departure or no-shows.
